Whether you're opening your getaway for the summer or closing it down for the winter, we provide a thorough inspection and maintenance service tailored to cottages in the Kawartha Lakes area.
Our Service Includes:
🔹 Exterior Inspection:
✔ Check for property damage, including shingles, posts, beams, decks, and gutters
✔ Inspect windows, doors, and exterior for signs of pests or structural issues
✔ Visually assess power lines leading to the cottage
🔹 Interior Inspection & Setup:
✔ Inspect for mold, air quality concerns, and HVAC filter conditions
✔ Test all smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
✔ Visually inspect electrical panels for safety concerns
✔ Turn on water supply and check for leaks
✔ Inspect hot water tanks and water filtration systems
Following our inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report outlining the condition of your cottage, along with any recommended repairs or maintenance to keep your property in top shape.
Starting price is $250.00 with basic opening/closing above. Each additional water supply (kitchen, bathroom, water heater etc. is an additional $50.00 charge)
💧 Water Filtration Services
We also supply and replace Rain Fresh Water Filters on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, ensuring your cottage has clean, safe drinking water throughout the season.
